We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical item.
Our products are consumer goods for comfort and everyday wellbeing. They are not medicines, medical devices or therapeutic goods, and nothing on this site is medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, including a persistent sleep problem, speak to a qualified health professional.
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have sensitive skin, check the ingredient list and patch-test topical products before regular use.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. We do our best to keep prices accurate; if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Where a price is shown alongside a higher struck-through price, the struck-through price is a price at which the item was previously offered for sale by us.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the email confirming dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we can't ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud — and we'll refund you in full if we do.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your full card details. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Our products are manufactured and dispatched from China; delivery times reflect international transit. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Don't use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to submit false or misleading content. We may refuse service or close accounts where these terms are breached.
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it in connection with our products. We may decline or remove submissions. We won't publish a review as though it came from a customer when it didn't.
All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout — belongs to AIT BRAHAM, trading as Slumber Studio or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent.
Where we link to third-party sites, we aren't responsible for their content or their practices.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. Where we are permitted to limit liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where that right applies.
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
